Die Formulare sind ausgefüllt und stehen zum Download zur Verfügung. Sie können uns im Voraus zur Überprüfung die Formulare samt Ihrer Unterlagen per Mail an rishtanata@ahmadiyya.de schicken und wir geben Ihnen per Mail alsbald Rückmeldung.
Bitte vergessen Sie nicht, dass folgende Unterlagen für die Attestierung notwendig sind:
  • Dreimal originalausgeführte Nikah Formulare mit datierter Unterschrift
  • Gesondertes Tasdeeq-Formular vom Sadr Sahib Jamaat / lokal Amir Sahib für alle registrierte AMJ-Mitglieder aus Deutschland
  • Meldebescheinigung mit Familienstand für alle registrierte AMJ-Mitglieder aus Deutschland mit Terminbestätigung der standesamtlichen Trauung oder die Eheurkunde
